Idk why you wouldn't be prepared for a violent confrontation when dealing with these monkeys, even if it's something as simple as asking one of them to put out a cigarette.

I remember having to take public transportation to community college for a semester. Worst experience of my life. I swore to myself that I will NEVER be beholden to someone elses schedule for my means of transportation nor will I sit amongst a bunch of other NPCs sniffing and sneezing chattering on about a whole lot of nothing and dealing with crying babies.

Its well established that you're not allowed to smoke on public transportation, so the fact that he gives so little phucks that he's going to do it anyway was already the red flag to leave him alone. Why would he approach someone to tell them to follow the law and expect that person to listen to him:

"Yes, i'm doing this illegal thing, but because you told me to stop i'm going to listen to you?"No, thats not how it works for people with nothing to lose.

Its part and parcel to a lack of situational and social awareness. You ONLY approach a guy like that if you're willing to throw hands. If you're just some skinyfat bookworm officel you're gonna get your chit rocked.

best to mind your own business. if you're not going to mind your own business, be prepared to go all the way.

I think the casual, condescending, dismissive manner in which people 'demand' it actually triggers people to violence.

this doesn't condone the violence, but you need to prepare accordingly for real life.

This is why they should start off in prison as soon as they're born, and if they must be released (rather than deported to Haiti or Madagascar which in reality is the only reasonable solution), they'd be eligible only after 30 - 40 years of good behavior.
