Mark Divine's SEAL Fit is amazing for Stress and Anxiety!

Mark Divine is a retired Navy SEAL Commander. OK a Navy SEAL has WAY worse stress than we do!

I did his Box Breathing yesterday and today and my anxiety went away for several hours. Anxiety has been paralyzing me since I got back from my trips between work stress, divorce, medication withdrawal, empty nest syndrome and my family dying and backstabbing me.

But still, nothing compares to what the military is feeling right now, and wore for Navy SEALs.

He has a lot of programs where you even go and do physical challenges like their (BUD/S) training. I think a lot of Miscers would be interested.

The SEALs took out Bin Laden.

Anyhow I'm making a positive thread for the Misc as this guy has a lot of books, videos and in-person programs to alleviate stress, anxiety, and make a differenced in your life, not talking about what the SEALs did specifically, but how to handle stress.

I have a pretty extreme anxiety disorder. Doing Bible Study didn’t help, but Im also withdrawing from anxiety meds so that could be a lot of it.
