How to fix mouth breathing?

Took about 15 mins of my day last night to do some deep nose breathing. Legit woke up feeling better than ever, no anxiety, brain fog cleared, body feels strong, etc

As a chronic mouth breather, how do I fix myself to sub-consciously be a nose breather? srs

Try mouth-taping:

I do it at night to stop snoring, and it's noticeably improved my sleep. I've never been a mouth breather during the day, but I assume you could tape your mouth shut during after work / on weekends and force yourself to breath through your nose until it becomes a habit.

I'm actually dealing with this same situation right now as well. My nose is always stuffed up, especially when laying down, so I end up breathing out of my mouth.

I'm going to try to have surgery on my nose, and hopefully that will solve the issue.
