Never eating bread again.

Never had a problem with gluten growing up. But i've been noticing I feel like chit and have diarrhea after eating it ever since 2-3 years ago. Then I cut it out by 95%. The one meal I do eat gluten, I have diarrhea again right after and have a headache.

It’s the glyphosate (round up) in it. Go eat bread and pasta in other countries and you’d feel fine. In America all of our food is poisoned.

What kind of bread do you eat? It's supposed to be 100% whole grain flour. A lot of bread is bad for you, loaded with sugar, and devoid of any actual nutrients due to the mechanical process it undergoes to create it. Companies fortify bread with nutrients to make it up, but it isn't absorbed the same.

I thought it was just me. I don’t get the diarrhea issue, but when I eat bread I feel lethargic AF now. Never had this problem before maybe a year ago.

Yeah I was talking to someone who visited Italy and said all they ate there was carbs. Pasta, pizza, pastries. They said never felt more energetic. Then when they got back to America and ate a healthy balanced diet again, somehow they were more exhausted than ever.

Our food is 100% poisoned.

Are you certain it's gluten? You should spend $30 to buy a bread maker, and make some bread with gluten free flour and see how your body responds to that.

I think that comes naturally with age. I'm like that with potatoes. If I eat a baked potato or any dish with a heavy starch it's a sure fire way into a food coma.

You can get a bread maker and make
Your own and use organic flours/whole wheat/gluten free. I make my own all the time.

Here’s one recipe.

https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/17...machine-bread/

I replace vegetable oil with olive oil and then also add a few tbs of butter.

You don't even need a bread maker. Just knead every 30 min 3 times then cold ferment for 12-24 hours. Just flour, salt, water, and yeast. Bake at 500F for 20-30 min depending on how big your loaf is (I like making baguettes). Comes out delicious every time.

I like using caputo brand (imported from Italy) 00 flour. European flour is def way better.
