Is It Legal To Only Have Tenants Born In A Certain Year?
I think it would be cool if I can make a hotel where only people born In 1994 (mybirthyear) are allowed to live in, I think this would be a cool place to make friends with people my age.
But I'm not sure if this is considered age discrimination.

I know a guy who rents only to older folks, and has made a fortune doing that. He says older people tend to be more reliable at paying rents. I don't believe he goes so far as to specify a year one has to be born in to rent one of his places. He might though. He can be an odd fellow.

Age discrimination is perfectly legal, as long as it isn't old age discrimination. There's plenty of housing developments that have deed restrictions limiting to over 50s.

I used to live in apartments for 'transitional age youth' which was 18-24
So maybe i could use that for my hotel?
