Season allergies feel like death SRS
SRS
I'm not talking about the sneezing part, it has been gone for a week now and I can deal with its presence usually. I'm currently on the withdraw period which is the part that sucks.
Red eyes for days, burning lungs, dizzy as phuck, can't properly breath, feel tired all the time, shyt sleep, sore throat from the mucus.

The only thing that annoys me is the stuffiness which makes my voice sound hoarse and weak instead of relaxed and deep like usual.

You get it too brah?
I got really sick on Friday. I was sneezing constantly which was fricking annoying, and coughing so violently it was literally an abs workout. I have DOMS in my abs, no joke. I finally got some cough medicine and it's settled down a bit. But holy chit, violent cough of peace.

Back off, Warchild.

I also have these issues from allergies, and I'm guessing most of it a result of having tight sinuses.
I just had a Balloon Sinuplasty yesterday, and already breathing much better out of my nose and have zero facial pressure in my sinuses. I'd recommend the procedure.

That would be awful to have air allergies that bad.
There is something I'm allergic to in the air where I moved to here in Florida. My symptoms are not horrible though, just annoying. I read recently that a negative ion air cleaner can help relieve air allergies. I bought a decent quality one the other week, and so far my symptoms have improved, so far.

I, and it seems a TON of other people around here and the US, have had allergies for 2.5 weeks now.
Normally my allergy attacks are only 3 days.
But this one is finally going away over 2 weeks later, which has never happened before.
Something strange is hitting the US, either the first wave of their next election cough, or allergy season started HARD and hit a lot of people at the same time...
edit: I've seen an ENT and allergist in 2010 and was officially allergic to 6 items. Started allergy shots but had to stop halfway.
Saw ENT and then allergist 2024 and fæggot said i wasn't allergic to anything (bullchit) and would only give me another useless fukking nasal spray (which doesn't do anything, as expected).
I'll see if I can try this staloral chit. But nothing reallyh elps with these allergy flare-ups

Sigh…
Brahs…
I sound like a broken record, but your allergies are caused by the garbage that you eat and other bad lifestyle habits, 100% serious, at least try for a couple weeks, hell even for a couple of days, you will see the difference right away, just stop eating the garbage that you’re eating Like coffee, dairy, bread, if you have pets, wipe them with a natural wipe that removes the dander, get air filters, vacuum your filthy house right now, stop drinking alcohol, just common sense things, change your pillow, and take common sense supplements like quercitin, bromelain , NAC and others, it will be simply not possible, even in theory for you to have an allergy, unless your sinuses have been severely compromised by something like head and neck cancer, and radiation treatment.
I had a client whose daughter suffered from very young age, and no doctor was able to help, prescribing horrible steroids with major side effects, the child would just wake up and scream in the middle of the night for no reason, all it took for him is to ask a salesperson at GNC who recommended quercetin… not a single allergy ever for the rest of her life, it can be that simple, But you really have to take your head out of your ass and actually do something about your allergy rather than just spray some garbage poisonous Flonase into your nose and think you solved the problem,
Remember, again… this is caused by mold and poor gut health, you absolutely must stop consuming coffee, nuts, anything else that has mold on it, dairy, and you must stop irritating your sinuses with obvious irritants, like pet dander, cigarette smoke, beer, or gluten, it’s so freaking obvious, I can’t wrap my head around why people with allergies almost never actually do anything about it Lol

I only ate healthy for 2009-2014 on a VERY strict healthy only diet, but I still had the goddamed sinus random flareups. Its when I saw the first set of ENT/Allergist.
So its not fully diet, because I doubt more than 2-3 miscers and maybe hollywood actors with personal chefs to keep them lean, would have been able to stick to my healthy diet.

Zyrtec or Claritin should help some and they're pretty harmless
If you have really bad nasal allergies consider using fluticasone nasal spray (OTC) but I'm pretty sure that chit will kill you if you use it for too many years srs

Cetirizine (Zyrtec) [Green bottle]
Levocetirizine (Xyzal) [orange bottle]
Loratadine (Claritin)
Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) [Pink] Sleep
Doxylamine (Unisom) [Blue] Sleep
Hydroxyzine (rx) sleep
And some others I don't even remember
All sorts of nasal sprays, fluticasone, currently using Ipratopium bromide but it doesnt do chit.
ONLY AFRIN actually works, but in 2006 I used it every 6 hours, then 5 hours, then 3 hours, and within 4 days I had gone from 6 hours, to every 30 minutes until i realized the tolerance shot up and it wasn't safe to keep using it that often so I quit. It works, but not for long as tolerance builds within a day or 3
