Started drinking raw milk

Raw kefir
And raw goat milk

Just wish they had low fat or fat free

So far feel fine
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

Why would you want low fat or fat free?

It's literally a great source of fat that you won't get anywhere else. It literally had the cream rise to the top which you don't get from fake pasteurized jew poison milk. That's the healthiest part of the milk srs.

I like raw goat milk. I like the goaty taste and it's much easier to digest than cow milk.

If you have the money or want to try sheep milk give it a try. It's much thicker than cow and goat, and has double the ammount of protein snd fat. The keffir is super thick and perfect for adding raw honey or fruit. It's super expensive though.

If you live near a sheep farm and can get it sheep consider yourself lucky I'd drink it everyday of I had the chancd.
