Had another burgerino. Nothin special, just from the fridge.

I call it, the Mini Melvin.

Looks pretty damn tasty, making your own burgers is the only way to go these days. Not sure bout Texas, but out here in Cali it’s nothing but frozen patties everywhere you go..even a burger at a higher end restaurant. Can’t get a fresh burger anywhere in San Diego. It’s ridiculous.

Damn that sucks, there are still quite a few local burger joints here, but it's pricey.

So yeah, I definitely agree on going homemade. Gotta get that grill.

Looks good to me, is the bread sour dough? Curious if you buy a specific brand or just get a fresh loaf from a bakery.
