Try to not be so hard on yourself for stumbling, stuttering or making mistakes in conversation (this used to really bother me to the point I would avoid conversation srs). Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a skill that can be improved. Every interaction is an opportunity to get better.

Lol true, I notice some days my anxiety is pretty much non-existent but then that doesn't help socially because I still prefer to be by myself and do my own thing.
