Bacon, eggs and oats is the goat easy breakfast.

Obviously nothing is going to beat a full English. But for a quick 5 minute whip up bacon egg and oats is simple, tasty and good. Glass of milk and a kiwi fruit if you're really mogging life.

OP is right, I love hashbrowns but at the end of the day, they're fried.

I'd replace the highly processed bacon with a better protein source, like jerky or a cut of unprocessed meat.

I would also add some berries (strawberries, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry) to the oatmeal.

That would be the perfect balanced healthy breakfast.

What do you guys use to cook bacon? I seem to be retarded when it comes to that and it's either chewy or burnt.

cook it in its own fat in a nonstick, for the last 40 seconds pour a little bit of boiling water on it (srs it'll crisp up super nice) also on your egg for the last 30 seconds or so pour boiling water on it and cover with a lid and you'll have a perfect yolk.

blueberries in the oatmeal sounds good, I'll normally squeeze some honey in mine as well.
