She isn't removed yet. The headline is misleading. I believe it is just the appeals court is allowing trumps case of removing Fani to go forward.

Her being gone is probably helpful to the case, not that there is much of one in this specific instance. Was pure cash-grab, to get attention to use for later political asperations and to suck up money to blow on vacations w/ fukboy.
