Too much ball hogging on dallas' side, and Boston took advantage. Forcing turnovers by double teaming, as well as good defensive rebounding. Pretty brutal to watch game 1 while rooting for the mavs. That was ugly

Well turned out boston had the best record in the league for a reason, KP was like a white Larry bird 1st quarter

Mavs were exposed bad, without Luka feeding them Gafford and Lively looked mid af

Dallas almost made a comeback but Kyrie and Lively sold the run

I hope so, game 1 was boring af, felt like a preseason game instead of the finals

Mavs gotta step up they're making the west look bad, fkn Boston looking as unstoppable as Denver last year at the moment... but history shows they're top tier chokers too.

Mavs have higher individual talent but Boston is just the better team, Luka and Kai will have to combine for at least like 70ppg to have a shot

Too bad only Mazzulla brings the lolz, rest of the celtics are boring af

If we go 2-0 today hype for the finals will decrease for anyone but celtics fans

The funny thing is Luka does that chit way more than Lebron ever did but he gets a pass for some reason

Boston is somehow up by 1 even tho they're shooting 16% from 3

It's amazing how far ahead Luka is from everyone else in this series.

Tatum and Brown are all stars and that's it. Neither is a 1st option on a contender, but Celtics are so stacked it doesn't even matter.

Porzingis has been the difference in the series so far. Mavs have no bench and no answer for Porzingis.

My analysis so far:

Luka is obviously balling out. Hard to say if he keeps up this pace, but he's out there trying. Still only 3 assists which is concerning, and obviously a traffic cone on defense
Bostin is shooting horribly. If they get back to even 30% from 3 this game is over
Boston defense is still good but Dallas role players making it a little more difficult this time around. They are getting open and Boston is forcing them to shoot above the arch 3s, and they haven't been dropping

Tatum has been good on defense and his passing has been great. He has 8 assists and really should have 11, he's giving his guys tons of clean looks. Obviously his shooting is trash rn and he's turning the ball over too much. He's getting mauled tho and refs are swallowing their whistles

I think Boston wins this by at least 10 unless their 3s stay under 30%
