Is this the best argument for why a housing crash is inevitable?
Boomers own the most property and have the most wealth. When they die, millennials will inherit the houses. Millennials will sell them to millennials or younger generations for whatever they can get. It will be a market correction for over priced home. Fair argument? No zoomer is gonna spend 600k on a 2 bedroom.

The only reason housing hasn't already crashed is because of 3% interest rates and boomers.
Boomers are dying and eventually people will stop caring about their rates. Everybody thinks home prices will shoot up if rates drop to 5%, but in reality the market is going to tank.
