Lots of goals so far which is cool.

That said they need to take a look at the yellow card/suspension protocol. If they aren’t going to reset until the QF you probably need to give these guys more than 2 before they miss a game

I know it was a long shot, but he would have been the silver bullet we needed. I just wish he made a decision which was virtuous and prioritized the philosophy of game, rather than just make a decision driven entirely by money.

Obviously, Arsenal can't match that signing bonus. But at Madrid he would just be another star through the revolving door, NGL, it's Vini and Jude's team. Arteta may not want an ego of that size in his locker room, either.


A shame, since we needed that clinical finisher who can be a one man army and bag goals even when everything else isn't working. But the transfer market these days, nothing happens at the drop of a hat. With the star players, there is usually a relationship that has been formed beforehand over time. And there was no relationship of this kind between Arsenal and Mbappe.
