Police use ILLEGAL in MMA type strikes on BicycleCel. UFC 1 Rules

This wasn't even one of those annoying blocking traffic BicycleCels. This was a make things easier for cars BicycleCel.
Elbows, punches, knees, etc to the back of the head became illegal a long long time ago in MMA because of the brain injuries or death they can cause.
Anyway, BicycleCels, when will they ever learn?

police told that f@gg0t to stop , he didnt ... he thought he is above the law... and he paid for it... to be honest breaking a knee cap wouldve been great to remind him that when an officer asks you to do something you do it...ez pzz
