family friend recently lost 70lbs in 2 months and docs say nothing is wrong with him

how is this possible? 70lbs in 2 month is crazy. he took a bunch of tests and they all came out clean

he was 200lbs now weighs 130. saw him today and he looks like a legit skeletor. says he still has tons of energy.

200lbs isn't even that big unless he was like 5'4" and to loose 70lbs in two months at 60 years old.. something is up
