The foods are all natural based, heavy meat based.

agreed on the health part

not sure why bodybuilding doesn't promote it much, lots of rice, chicken, salads, etc

taste is pretty bland tho

No idea wtf Turkish food is.. only greek food i know is Gyros and doesn't Mediterranean include a lot of different cuisines? like saying Latin food?

greek yes, turkish is very sugar based( alot of bread an sugar involved) baklava for example

but gyros is really tasty!

europeans food mogs any other food.

Doesn't have to. Oil, vinegar, tzatiki sauce, hummus, baba ganoush, matbucha, silan, toum, muhamura etc all add delicious flavor to the food.

gyros is actually more turkish than greek, basically same thing as döner kebab.
