I lost my temper on the road this morning
Monday commute already had my anger at about a 6/10.
I went to merge on the highway and this fkin cocksucker in an SUV wouldn’t let me merge. I lay on the horn for a solid 20 seconds and start screaming at the top of my lungs “WHAT THE FUK” while slamming on the gas to tailgate him. Then I get into the left lane to get right beside him and start cursing him out.
Immediate started feeling like chit when this harmless dad/businessman looking dude just put up his hand to apologize.
I’m such a fkin piece of garbage srs.
My temper is going to land me in a grave if I don’t try to do better. This guy made a mistake and I took it as personal disrespect, probably scared him based on the look he gave me. Life is fragile. It’s not worth it to blow a gasket over traffic, but I hate my job and honestly my life so much it’s starting to boil over.

When you take days off i think it's best you do a Friday or Monday, that way you get a 3 day weekend. Also you should look into an active hobby after work, something you can blow off steam.

Never felt road rage, I've had one guy try to get at me in a parking lot once though.
Green light for me so I make a left off the road to turn unto a Wal-Mart parking lot, as I do this guy makes a right on a red without stopping and we almost hit each other. Luckily didn't but he followed me until I parked and got out yelling at me like it was my fault, kept advancing and said he was gonna fck me up. I just lifted my shirt a bit, badge and gun, told him it wasn't worth it and he fcked off; people be crazy.

So many people act so stupid when driving, that I think someone has to be a bit low-IQ to not be at least slightly annoyed by it all. Even if it's only about 20% of drivers who are terrible, that's easily enough to ruin the experience of driving for everyone else on the road too. But yeah, even if I lay on the horn or yell to myself in my car over someone doing something stupid on the road, I seldom throw up negative hand gestures, and I never line up next to them trying to curse them out. Actively pursuing a confrontation like that on the road jeopadizes everyone's safety further for no good reason. All it does is make it more likely a needless accident happens, or you might do it to the wrong person and end up getting shot over it. Not worth getting that upset about.
