No, and I'll tell you why.
There i litirally no protein in their food and it's all just sodium, fat, and carbs.
The sodium increases sugar uptake substantially IIRC and the fat is of no use post workout.
I personally like to have a whey protein and whole milk smoothie post workout with some fruits - probs a good 50+ grams of protein and quick carbs and some healthy fats.
Mcdonalds is something that I would only ever have once a week AT MOST - but a few times a year, if at all, generally.
