Now that the tables have turned, I would like an apology

This entire month Trump cultists have been EXTREMELY confident to the point of pure smugness. I was told Trump would win in a landslide, winning states like NH, NJ, and so on. Well, now Trump is only up +1 in a new Georgia poll, a state he should be EASILY winning. The overconfidence was honestly laughable, and now seeing the cope threads come in about voter fraud and "muh democracy" has me grinning.

Who will be the first to apologize when Trump gets obliterated in November? Or at least when Trump gets bodied in the first debate?

You were coping for Biden since the debate, acting like he still had a shot in November.

And now he got completely pushed out by his own party.

The guy you were coping for literally got BTFO.

Your cope was legendary.

I mean, he did have a shot, it wasn't cope. As I said before, anything that happens in late June or July is mostly irrelevant by November. This is why literally no one outside of MAGA is talking about the assassination attempt or debate anymore. That said, Kamala is a significant upgrade, so this should be a fairly easy win.

How is someone less likely to win a significant upgrade?

You think she improves your chances down ballot?

She isn't "less likely to win" - she's already up in the polls vs. where Biden was, and just got Georgia down to a super thin margin.

Lol. She was literally the first one out of the Democrat primaries, and is even less popular as a VP than Dick Cheney after he shot someone.

Meanwhile, in reality, literally every legitimate poll has her trailing badly. Lol.

Read Stizzle, read. The point being made was "fairly easy win" not less likely to win.

So far it's looking like Harris is more likely to win than Biden would have been, i.e a significant upgrade. That does not mean it will be an easy win or that she will win at all.

She's not though and I feel bad for you if you think otherwise. Her fundamentals are terrible, and we have years worth of polling comparing her to Biden to figure it out.

I'm sorry your mom dropped you on your head.

Also, Trumpers are overly confident to a fault. There's no way GA goes for Trump with the large black population and now a black (Or maybe India, unsure at this point) person is running. People stupidly vote for identity rather than policies. Oh well. Our country is ****ed beyond repair anyway. If a lefty gets in office, the ****ery happens faster. If it's a Republican, we slowly descend into ****ery.

Just save up money for your family and take care of them. Stop worrying about government as it's beyond repair.

Yeah, the black vote is why theres even a (D) party in GA...however, the growing asian vote(wont even get into hispanic vote) was the final nail. They go about 70/30 to the leftist.

Polls are fine, but other than to show a trend, current polls under current circumstances are the most relevant.

Comparing primary candidates Harris and Biden in 2020, or POTUS vs. VPOTUS, means almost nothing when comparing former president Biden, who is not running for office in 2024, and a last minute candidate who is.

This is unprecedented as far as I know, certainly in modern times. Nobody has sound footing.

Which leads us to the OP, who repeatedly took anything and spun it hard as he could to be against Trump or for <whoever>, whether it was Biden and his re-election odds, who were so bad his own party orchestrated a coup to remove him, etc... so, he does not deserve an apology for "being right" or anything, he wasn't and probably isn't now, he just takes anything and puts a hard spin on it.

At the same time, he was just posting his opinion or some Freudian representation of his inner child or something, but overall just *talking* and such -- I did not see him aggressively attack or insult anyone and he took a lot of chit simply for being a guy people did not think had a good opinion. That part, I was not super cool with.

On some level, whether he was in full cope mode or not, but his threads and ideas, these were ones other people on the left probably shared to some degree. Shutting him down with the usual 'fuk off ph@g' kind of responses, because people thought his takes were really bad, I just wish maybe we had a lot less of that. It's going to be a bumpy few months to this election, I'd prefer if we tried to keep our cool as best as we can.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
