Can't stand zoomers in the gym

- 6 dudes all crowded around bench with 185 on the bar taking turns spotting eachother when none of them can get it for 1 rep
- Hog the squat rack for 30 minutes, to do 2 half rep sets of 135. Need 15 minute break on phone between sets
- Loud and obnoxious
- No gym etiquette - put their crap on a bench and curl next to it, leave weights on bar etc etc
- DYEL because they don't work hard at all despite thinking they are gymshark models

Gym culture getting destroyed brahs. What do we do?

I lift in a gym next to like three schools so there are a ton of teenagers working out at it. I've never had any issues. If you want to get on something they are on you just walk up and ask them how many sets they got left. They'll typically rush through it.

Or if there are a group of them just ask to work in. They'll never turn you down.

It helps if you actually look like you lift. They just defer to you in all regards.

Unless you live in the middle of nowhere, big metro cities have tons of unicorn gyms if you do a bit more research than just googling "gyms in my area."

It takes some work and it's quite inconvenient but I recommend investing in a ton of joining fees and just try a bunch out. I eventually found my gym and it's been amazing srs
