You should get a full blood workup done. And also get tested for the COVID.

Howdy....

Sorry to hear that and I agree with some other posts.

If it were me, just shooting from the hip, my first thought would be a BP issue or vertigo/inner ear problem.
Just a guess, of course, but you got a bump.

Take care.

I’ve felt the exact same way since March brah (100% srs). On and off. Also unvaxed and haven’t been sick. It’s just weird brain fog, fatigue, feeling extra groggy when I wake up, occasional light headedness, lack of focus. I had blood work done and everything was good. Thought it might’ve been T1 diabetes at first. Nope. Still can’t figure out why I feel this way. I tell myself it’s just stress to reassure myself. Hoping it’s not a mystery brain cancer. Adrenal fatigue comes up when I search the symptoms, so maybe something like that is worth looking into. But yeah I feel you bro

That sucks. I hope you and your doctors can figure out what is going wrong.

I've had times were I felt that say. The dizziness sucks, and fainting weakness is awful. I have an IBD condition though and those symptoms all to often come with the disease. I don't know if it will help you but I've found my health improved nicely when I began to avoid all grains (wheat, corn, rice) That is just me and my health issue. Your cause might be something entirely different. As an example last month I read a book about vitamin B12 deficiency and your symptoms sound similar to that condition. Some people can consume lots of B12 in their diet but are unable to absorb it resulting in the need for B12 injections.

Had these exact symptoms for the past 1.5 years.

Had blood work, nothing abnormal

What helped me was de-stressing and not worrying about it. It helps a lot to just get up and do something - sitting at a computer or desk makes it worse.

Also the symptoms are worst when I first wake up and steadily improve throughout the day.
