Gonna start LGD4033 tomorrow. Fukking excited. [DAILY JOURNAL]

I have this Poly-cell LGD4033 that I bought a year ago still in my fridge.

I researched. SARMs are good for 2 years.

ded fkn srs.

Had my bloods done yesterday. Liver Enzymes looking swell.

Ran Ostarine 2 months ago with Great Results.

LGD suppose to be The Chit.

Id recommend a trt base at least. Lgd will suppress the fuk out of you and your gonna feel awful. Do some research and you can buy from labs online with crypto.

Ran lgd, rad, mk2866, mk677

And after spending time running these and now using test, test wins hands down.

If you do want to run sarms rad worked the best for me personally in size, strength.

See you how you go.

why not just do a cycle of test? it's pretty damn safe and been taken for decades upon decades.

Alright, just got back from evening gym session

Usually very lethargic past 6pm

But was energetic.

Something bad happened that never happened before on my very first LGD day.

Tweaked front right delt somehow benching.

Very first LGD day.

FML!

Hopefully it will sort itself out.

My shoulder never fukking hurt before.

Damn it.

Week 1 Day 3

Starting to feel it. Movements that I usually do 3 sets on felt easy. Did 4 sets on all.

Shoulder pain is all but gone. But not loading it till next week.

No gym next 2 days. Probably will do cardio only.
