Life is fukn weird when sober....

How tf did all of u sobercels survive the past 5 years....

I'm 1 week sober now and feel anxious af....

Srsly nothin normal about this life mane......

I only drink every 4 to 6 weeks ,but I look forward to numbing my brain once in a while . Srs it helps me cope , as I don’t like being over aware of all the day to day chit going on in the world .
The doctors want me to get my blood pressure down, so I’m going to go dry for a while . Been just over 6 weeks and it’s so tempting to get yucky right now,but I know I’ll regret it

seems like drinking would keep blood pressures down in today's crazy world..
