when you were in elementary school did you
Take a lunch box or eat school lunch? If you had a lunch box what kind did you have?
Had a star wars one, return of the Jedi, the six million dollar man1. Would usually go back and forth from taking the lunch box to eating school lunch
Also. Did your school have field day? If so what was your favorite event to play in?

My first lunchbox was Emergency! of smack boy legend boy. Emergency! was a show about emergency pissers in the early 70s
My second lunchbox was STEVE ASS AUSTIN SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN. Damnit boy I loved that box boy.
My third lunchbox was STAR WARS.....and that was it, by the 4th grade or whatever it was, you were gay if you had a lunchbox, you had to brown bag or get raped at the bus stop

Did you guys have that card system where the teachers would tell you to "pull a card" when you got in trouble? I think it was green, yellow, blue, and red (don't remember the exact order) but if you ever got to red you would have to head to the principals office?

Seen on the news awhile ago hey give ribbons to everyone on field day now . They have totally took away the importance of teaching your kids being competitive in life is a good thing . What's tje incentive of trying your best and your hardest to win at your endeavours if they are rewarding everyone the same even for doing nothing

I was fortunate enough to live in close proximity to two schools , elementary and junior high , so I always went home for lunch .
As for field day , in grade six I was in second place in a few events . Not bad seeing as that was going against almost a thousand others .
โWe had to hang on to a chin up bar and hold yourself with your eyes even with the bar . I had to lol as most of the sloots were getting 1 second . I got 1:37 , but my hyper active friend got 1:45 .
We also did sit-ups , and your legs were held .
I got 63 in one minute ,and my buddy beat me yet again with 66 .
I was a manlet and although I made it to the second round of elimination on hurdlers , I got my ass handed to me on the finals .
Also dun goofed on running laps, as my teacher told me not to go too hard off the start , but I didnโt listen and got ahead of everyone. Next lap I was fuked and as everyone was passing me my teacher was shaking his head .
Funny as I remember this as if it was yesterday

Don't remember what the lunch box was but when i first immigrated to the states with my rents. My mom would send me to school with last nights dinner. which would range from rice and chicken, spaghetti and meatballs ect... when i got to NY i was sent back a grade. so i took lunch to school from 1-3 grade everyone was jelly because our school had the most bull**** lunches.
And field day was awesome. cant remember a specific thing i liked more

I had a Jurassic Park lunchbox. It had a still from the film where the T-Rex foot stomps into the muddy terrain right by the green and yellow subaru. On occasion I had lunch at school and I usually got chicken nuggets or some kind of snack thing. I remember they had pizza but I thought it was garbage. A lot of other kids loved it, tho.
And yeah we had a field day at the end of the school year. I remember goofing around in the giant labyrinth maze set up. I think you got some sort of prize for finding your way out.
