Where are these people? The only friends or even family I have who don’t drink are in AA.

Ig most of these nondrinkers aren’t the social type…

I also don’t know anyone who drinks 10+ drinks per day. Ig hardcore alchies aren’t the social type either…

That said, I kinda wanna call bullchit on these stats.

I think I drink on average like two bottles of beer every couple years.

I don't really get the appeal of it.

I don't think I know anyone that doesn't drink at all, except my uncle in a nursing home. Oh wait I have another relative that drinks maybe 10 drinks a year, but he also smokes MJ a dozen times a week. If 30% of Americans don't drink at all that's a lot of recovering alcoholics in there and lots of people on psych meds who can't drink.

I call BS on the stats entirely though, including the top 10%. 60% of adults have 0-1 drinks a week? Bars, liquor stores, grocery store sales disagree.

thats it? i got more hours than that under my belt before i left my teens. i dont buy the stats either. i recently read a study that said more people smoke weed than drink today. i dont know about that one either.

i will say that between all the hard alcoholics i know most did drink over 70 drinks a week. most of them are dead now though. most didnt even hit 60 years old
