I've said for years gear ages mfers and people say its BS, but the proof is in the pudding. Its literally one of the main reasons I stay natty, not worth risking losing my youthful glow or my perfect hairline for a few extra gains.

Mfers dont have patience, you gonna be lifting for life anyway so just enjoy the journey

Yeah bro... lol, some people do have a more exagerated response to steroids while others with proper dieting and training might only gain 15lbs of muscle in 3 years after their natty gains.

When natty I'm High-Test, perfect diet, perfect sleep, 5 times a week in the gym and still looks like a turd. When I get a bit sick I lose muscle like crazy.

Past the 4rth orr 5th year, natty training is just for maintenance and not growth. People take steroids for a reason. They can take you past natural limits that the human body is constrained by.

Dare I say it, but if you start training and eating properly at 16, but the time you're 21, you're done in terms of growth.
