🎦 Nicolas Cage 🎦
Just watched this one. A brilliant beginning, an interesting development, an exciting turn then a hopeless conclusion that I didn't expect. Not perfect but I enjoyed it.
Anyway, I love Nicolas Cage so I do not want to miss any of his good movies.
In the past, misc always helped me find some good movies I missed.
What is your most favorite movie he's in?

"Knowing" starts 50 years ago, with a girl with precognition who wrote numbers (which are actually dates & death tolls of the events that happened during the next 50+ years) on a paper that they put in a time capsule at a school event.
According to Wiki,"Next" is about a magician in Las Vegas who can only see two minutes ahead...
LOL, I won't read its plot any further because I want to watch it soon without a spoiler.
Thanks for sharing. *bow*

Yep, I re-watched a few weeks back on Disney + and bought the DVD.

Who can resist?
The cast is awesome.
Probably the first movie I recognized him as an action hero.
Especially those two girls I love and always wanted to watch more but appeared in major movies less than I wished.
Monica Potter, fell in love with her when I watched "Patch Adams" (1998) the first time.
and Rachel Ticotin from ”Total Recall" (1990)

Con Air, Face Off, The Rock are absolute classics. Definitive Cage.
But he does a lot more than action. He's a very versatile actor. Bad Lieutenant, Wild at Heart, It Could Happen to You, Raising Arizona all good films. 8MM is a very dark film and sad and tragic, but Cage plays a cool character in it and does the "stare into the abyss" thing pretty well in it.
From his more recent work, Pig was surprisingly good but a bit sad. Renfield was cool. I saw Arcadian a few nights ago and that was cool too, with weird monsters in it that looked like Goofy.
Longlegs has just come out and it has good reviews. I've got no doubt Cage can play a great serial-killer type villain (is he the villain in it?)

Nicolas Cage is the king of just plain old fun watchable movies. When nothing else is on and one of his movies pops up on cable, I usually throw it on.

No one mentioned national treasure yet?
Easily in his top 10 films
Con Air is the best though
How could it be bad if it has Steve Buscemi AND Dave Chapelle

It's been posted already but 'Con Air' is my favorite Nic Cage movie.
Nic was in 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High'(1982) but was still using his real name 'Nicolas Coppola'.
