about 2 years ago I was in this situation. Fwb. She was look for a bf. I for a gf. Cut it off because it would only keep me from pursuing women since it's easy to get comfortable with regular sex and companionship. She didn't want kids hence why it wasn't a relationship. I want kids obviously.

Yea I felt super bad for all the guys she'd go on dates with or her showing me messages on dating apps or texts of guys while she was literally laying in bed next to me both half naked.

Was a weird feeling. The problem is both men and women doing this just perpetuates the issues we all complain about in dating. The dating world is extremely messy and dating apps/social media lit it on fire.

You’re inferring a lot, but let’s play along. In all honesty, I don’t know what my wife did before meeting me. I haven’t asked. But I’m also not an “average man” and have indulged in a decent amount of degeneracy in my single days. By most measures, I’m an upper tier dude, so I haven’t had too much trouble sleeping with women. I guess you can say I’m part of the problem.

However, if I was an average man with barely any sexual experience who settled with an average women who’s been run through, it would be pretty difficult to deal with.

that's a good point -- i wouldn't be surprised if the rate of slooting was no higher for men than it was women years ago. i doubt it was ever easy for men nearing average to just run through women. it has always been extremely easy for women though and now they are at a buffet table of endless options...with much better ways of being discreet about it.
