IRL no because most women aren't in the same social circles or going to the same places top tier men are. Now do women's preferences when it comes to dating/finding a partner basically describe only like 10% of all men, of course.

Women are literally attracted to like 3% of men based on looks. So online, yeah, only the top tier are usually selected. Talk to them in person more and the number might be higher. Although nowadays approaching women and asking them out comes with its set of problems.

This. Most top tier men don't even sleep around as they are either religious, got locked down early, or got it out of their system in their late teens/early 20s and now are disillusioned with a lifestyle which is empty and degrades themselves and other people.

Most people who sleep around, man or woman, are broken people.
