In fact, Iโ€™m willing to bet that the greater majority of matches donโ€™t amount to chit. I donโ€™t know if thereโ€™s any data on that but maybe you do.

And this is my point, ultimately match data does not paint an accurate nor comprehensive picture of who ends up with who.

I think it appeals to you so much because itโ€™s reductive. If you reduce all of dating dynamics to match app data then you have a nice simplistic model that you can get behind.

Yes, even most matches go nowhere, so imagine how hopeless it is for men who barely get matches and even when they do most go nowhere.

The odds are so incredibly stacked against men in this way, specifically the bottom halfish of men.

And then, because online doesnt work for so many, those same guys go IRL and it makes it a sausage fest with most places you go way more single dudes hanging around and barely any single women cause they dont need to be out to date.
