that's where most transplant patients get their organs: from drug addicts, and these organs can come with hepatitis b. they usually give you meds to take after the transplant which can clear it right up.

the bigger thing is the post-transplant recovery and the immunosuppresants and corticosteron meds that you'll be taking for the rest of your life. those can be a hell to deal with until their dosages are adjusted that will work properly for you.

No hate for Kormo. I appreciate that although he's a reddit type who doesn't lift, when he posts here anyway he doesn't pollute or destroy the misc like a wincel type would. Why hate on his life?
