Most people who say they have mental issues are more times than not just in a bad place in their life. Work your way out of it. Make what is not good today into what is good Tomorrow. Most people's. Mentality. Changes at a drop of the hat when their life is in a good place of course then there are THOSE who try like hell to turn a bad today into a good tomorrow through hard work and proper choices and they arent allowed to.

Psychology is a branch of philosophy. The therapy side of psychology is bull****, but a lot of the field otherwise is solid. Understanding how your mind operates is good to know. A lot of people think they are the exception to the rule, but they isn't.

Psychology spreads awareness about this and is a good thing. However, many people take it too far and a lot of girls use psychology as an excuse to act like trash.

in some ways I see it as a "paid-friend", paying someone to listen to one complain because people have become so selfish in their "get-rid-of-toxic people" narcissism that they forgot Good Christian "Lean-on-me when you need a Friend" Love Thy Neighbor values

the problem with psychology is that at its foundation it can be destructive to families. Two different books I have recently read both stated that the goal of modern psychology is to "liberate children from their parents"....and look where that is going LGBTQ gender fluidity and related nonsense

another problem is that psychology is a CherryPicking industry, taking from different sources like Philosophy/Religion while ignoring some important points; take Buddhism as example, a populare "philosophy" among the Liberal Psy Faction....they ignore much of it which has the same rules as Christianity & Islam, like teaching against LUST or Killin'(abortion)
