Alcohol calories are a good store of energy srs.

Back when I was a rinsemaxxer, I'd skip dinner, drink all night, and hit the gym right upon waking up and have peak strength/condition

I tried that today except without the alcohol and was weak as fuark legit couldn't do a correct set

There was a lot of cute sloots too which on a normal day would give me 2-3 extra reps nah mean?

I think if you hydrate properly after drinking your body will hold excess water which makes you stronger.

Your body will cosse naturally to burn alcohol calories first so yes, they are a very good energy source.

Thats said, it wont burn other calories while drinking so of you are chowing down while drunk, thats going to be burned last.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
