Is this considered sexual harassment?

Back in the early 2010s when I was at uni doing chemistry I was asking to TA a question with my lab partner and the TA accused me of sexual harassment - all I asked was something pertaining to the practical session and the TA said that it's sexual harassment because of the way it sounded to her. In my mind, it's not what you think someone said, but rather what they said. Perception is weird and different people can interpret things differently.

So I just googled this just now to see what's what and lo and behold some sloot got a massive payout because her employer made the following poster.

This is ridiculous. Only someone with a dirty and oversexualiised mind would think it's a sexual innuendo anyway.

I'm actually good looking. I've gotten with girls in night clubs based off of nothing but appearance and swag, especially in my early 20s. I remember thinking that she thought that I said something sexual because she had sexual thoughts about me, so she projected those onto me.

I wasn't even attracted to her to begin with nor was I hitting on her - I asked her a question about the practical and she said that it sounded like a sexual advance. She might have not liked me tone, but that's not something I would personally bring up, since it's so subjective.

In my microbiology class one of the TAs would constantly stare at me and bite her lips.

Now that I recall my lab partner was an asian chick who was telling me how at she gym she likes to put her legs up on the shoulder press machine and looked silly to some guy who laughed at her - I just thought she was retarded, but looking back on it that could have been innuendo.

She was the teaching assistant and I asked her a question about the practical which she interpreted as sexual. It was just a question about extracting aspirin from something - basic sh*t that you do in a first year chem course.
