Interlock their fingers behind their body, hold their fingers with one hand, if they struggle, squeeze lightly. That is all.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

what happened to the old chicken-wing arm lock behind the back? excessive use of force?
It seems like hugging from behind and holding his arms next to his side WHILE you grip each of your forearms tightly at the wrists would be the most effective reasonable way.

Kesa-getami or scarf hold
A kimura grip would have been better if you just have an arm and want to lock it behind.
I like the scarf hold with their arm across their throat the best. All limbs turned away from you and pressured into ground from side control. Wrap the hand from cross throat around the back so itβs locked in place by them being pressured or can be gripped and held there by you. Leverage is to hard for them to take it back.

When you've got that kind of size advantage, you can pretty much do whatever. White shirt just forklifted him.
