The movie "Borderlands", budget 115 million

First weekend
Now with movie theaters showing tickets online you can see how many people are buying in

At my local theater they have two seats sold for the 9pm show
zero tickers for the 10:15 show

Will this be Kevins Hearts downfall?

**Black out tape over all laptop/cell phone cameras so gov cant spy on me fapping crew**

yeah it is getting slammed in the reviews. Ill still watch it when it comes to streaming in about a week by the looks of it lol.

Thought this was gonna be some liberal movie about immigrants coming over illegally based on the movie title.

Never heard about this movie until today. Sounds like they knew it would be bad and decided not to throw good money after bad when marketing it.

The games were very fun but i didn't know the franchise had that big of a following, where someone thought it would be a good idea to make a live action of it

When I go to the movies I watch 2 back to back. My only options for this coming Friday is Alien and Borderlands because I refuse to watch It Ends With Us.

Fun gameplay loop but the humor got progressively cringier and more annoying with each entry. I just muted the voice audio and played my music via Steam instead, it made the experience 100x better imo.

I saw Cuckoo, not a bad movie.

I read that they're saying Borderlands is being called the worst video game movie ever made. I mean, there's been a ton of bad video game movies made, and they're saying that THIS is the worst???

Why the fuk would Cate Blanchett agree to this movie? She is one of the most talented actresses of this generation (srs) and taking roles like this? This is like Daniel Day Lewis agreeing to make Fast & Furious 16 or some chit.

Hard franchise to do well tbh

The art style gave way to its lack of seriousness

And then over compensating characters + over the top action

I think the best approach would have been to abandon the art style and go really gritty with focus on character development

They made it PG-13.
