Diet of a 56 year old Chad

I recently lived with his 56 year old ripped Chad for a week for work. He still absolute slays and looks phenomenal (no homo)

His diet? Make a huge pot of beans, soak em rinse em, cook up, season em. Make a huge batch of ground beef with onions and garlic.

Literally just ate that **** 3-4x a day every day.

I guess that's the secret to being a Chad throughout life

My brother does the same thing but with ground turkey. It looks like dog food.

I don’t know him that well, but I would assume the daddy issue ones for sure. His hair still looks great too, but definitely grey. I know he pulls tons of 30s/40s, his current fling is a 44 year old with a lot of real estate investments on the islands. She’s super fit in a bikini too. Not bad for 56.

Very low IQ take to blindly look at statistics.

Blacks are predisposed to be lean but a lot of them are so slovenly and degenerate that they manage to become the most obese demographic.

A perfect example to use is that since this is the misc, everyone can agree that women can't do anything right such as driving. Women have less spatial awareness and are less coordinated than men. Yet if you look at the statistics, men get into far more crashes. This is because a lot of men are risk takers and speed and drive recklessly. It would be a dumb take to instead conclude that men are less coordinated and worse at controlling a car as the reason.
