Lol you won't get genuine advice from the misc, see cp.
Hit the gym more, block her on everything, sort your diet out. Drink/smoke weed etc when it's safe to do so (not the night before you have work or anything stupid). In 1-2 months she will occupy maybe 5% of your mind Vs 80% she currently does. It helps to smash someone else but at least wait 2-3 weeks before you do that or you'll just feel worse and might not be able to go thru with it

What was day to day life like leading up to her dumping you? Any signs she was over you? Did her behaviors or attitude change? Arguments or acting distant etc?

There’s never enough context anytime someone posts about getting dumped.
