My GICs mature tomorrow. Looks like 4.75% is my best rate so I'll lock in at that. I have more GICs that mature in October and I doubt I'll be able to get 4% by then

That seems like good timing man, yeah at this point it looks doubtful rates will be going anywhere but down.

I have a mortgage that renewed in 2021 when rates were at their lowest, locked in at 1.69% until 2026 and it seems things are shaping up pretty well for the next renewal.

So nvda’s chart today looks congruent to pltr.

Seems like broad investors are waiting for the earning report as much as the ai crowd is.

I think I will load up on nvda right now and just use margin for any dips caused by scares.

Took the opposite trade so all I can say is GL, I'm looking for NVDA to go to ~$132 where I would load up the puts but it's not guaranteed if it crosses and holds, if it does then I'm buying calls to go above ATH just to cover potential losses.

As long as Pelosi is still holding calls, I see NVDA making new ATH for earnings

My target is 167.50 for earnings.

Who wants to go all in on Peloton

Down 98% from the high, Morningstar has a $4.99 price target on it so 60% upside just based on that. If it does a round trip to the previous high, $100k would become $5million

There’s been a lot of those lately.

CVNA, ASTS, PLTR and lots of other small caps. You might be on to something.

I bought calls on LYFT, AAL and F but I have stocks in UVV, CCOI and LEG, I plan on selling LEG, CCOI and I already sold BMY.

Need to do more DD tomorrow but this legit almost looks like a value buy at first glance. They just refinanced a bunch of debt so bankruptcy risk should be low, I’m struggling to see the downside potential versus the upside.

As in put your entire account in a dead company stock?

You’re hoping for a buy out?

As long as it doesn’t go bankrupt, how much further down can it go? Is this something that will benefit decently from declining interest rates? But consumers have been strong this whole time so that’s a little concerning.

Could be a monkeypox play if the gyms shut down again

And no not the entire portfolio

My take is: How much lower can it go? Zero, it can go to zero, as most companies do, they got more liabilities than assets, which is a major red flag, no p/e ratio.

if you’re going to invest in any company that’s not in the upper 1% of companies then it should be one percent of your portfolio at most, and you should have inside information such as Amazon or Apple buying peloton out, You can grab a couple of extra cheap leaps options then,

The user experience with peloton is pretty bad, people who have bought this service are not really using the bike, and it just sits there,

but you do have a couple of technicals going for you at this time, based on speculation that they could be bought out by Apple or Amazon at around Four dollars or more per share, technically you got some volume, golden cross on the daily on Mac D, positive option flow, and not many obvious big sell walls above the current price, but you will no doubt encounter down pressure from the bag holders as the stock goes back up.

Good luck.. srs.

Lol I sold 100 of my 400 yesterday. Gonna see how high we can do with this news. Cash in hand aside unsure how good this deal will be long term with the loss of revs/profits from those 2 units.

Given the state of the market today (seems sus), would you rather put in $2k/month towards an index fund, or $2k/month towards gold/silver? Or perhaps $1k/month towards each?

Seems like nothing but bad news coming out on B Riley. I was stressed watching it tank this morning lol

Might hope on the LUNR train or ASTS if it ever dips again
