Was checking out my old flexing clips back when I was sub 10% bf

Body was lean as fuk but face was puffy and groce. This was back when Chrisman Goomah, Chris Jones, Matt Ogus, etc were popular and they were shilling low calorie shiet while looking good. Little did my young self know they were all fake natties using clen to negate the effects of the puffy face.

I'm 25%+ bf now and eat far less of the zero sugar bs and have a leaner face

yea i'm cutting my consumption down a lot and just eating full sugar sodas, cakes, and chips. None of that low calorie additives BS

i was hella fkn busy and never rly took care much care of my appearance due to getting kicked out of home, careermaxxing, etc so yea couldn't pay enough attention to my face till now
