and the snack cakes back then were made with real sugar and a lot less than the amount of sweeteners they use now and fewer preservatives

Okay. Thread title was about Richard Simmons dying of heart disease. You don't need a whole lot of muscle mass to keep heart disease at bay if you are still relatively active.

Excessively consuming sugars makes people fat, not preservatives.

Is that why a lot of the zillow pics have tons of places similar to this? They looks decent outside click on pics they all look identical and trashed

OP in this case is correct but dont forget it is not just the age and cause of death but it is also the quality of life in the golden years. There is a dramatic difference in people quality of life the older they get. Some people are bed ridden and some can still drive, and do physical activities.

We dont really know much about him because he disappeared from the public eye. But dont count out excercise just because it didnt extend his life because if it gave you better quality of life then its still worth it.
