So in 2005 this place was men and a few women talking about fitness and health with a bit of Mr. Olympia sprinkled in.
We had pros post, nutrition experts and trainers that tried to help out new lifters.
It was mostly people helping people!

At some point it morphed into attack dogs, stalkers, mentally unstable folks, freaks, weirdos, and people who will find out your location and threaten others.
What is the fkn point of that, go live your best life and stop fkn with people?
I just don't understand in a busy world with friends, family, work and hobbies why a person would be an online stalker constantly coming at each other??

Recently an old journal I'd written up as a young naive dumb kid, from 2006, as I started my lifting journey -- some quirky butthurt bro dug it up, I guess I was talking about my kid (who wasn't even born then, so the journal must have covered years). The stuff I was harmlessly talking about, in a world of people who mostly got along, talked about training/nutrition/supplements, but it was dug up and re-introduced after making veiled threats of rape and jokes about my teenage daughter getting raped. Without giving anything too specific, she's not 18.

We ain't in Kansas anymore. My advice, just be careful with what you share nowadays.

On Bodhy, I'm disappointed to see him send this kind of message to Kaz, it's not a good look but it's also a situation between the two of them. I hope offline they can talk about it, break bread and get over this, maybe an apology extended, as nobody should come here and be reading threats, but also Bodhy is under such constant attack, that hardly brings out the best in anyone. I know it doesn't with me. I get hot when it's one or two silly guys talking chit, with Bodhy and you can think it's earned or not, I don't fuking know at this point, but I do know it's pretty constant.

If I was in that situation, I'd probably fuk off somewhere else, but if I stuck around and at every turn I got reminded of every dumb thing I've done, I can see myself very frustrated. Kind of shocked to see Kaz under fire like this though, such a nice dude from everything I've seen unrelated to Bodhy. Also in very good shape, which is inspirational to anyone getting older.

Mr. Olympia is 8 weeks away, the competition is the best it has been since the early days, and we are fighting like fkn little kids.

Just got back from the gun range here in rural Texas. After blastin' some targets and slammin' back a few cold ones, my antivaxxer conservative buddy Willard suddenly hit us with an interesting observation.

"You know that Bodhy guy from the Misc forum? Well, he makes some good posts on there, they really speak to me. I think he's one of the great minds of our time." "You know what?" Colton chimed in "he's not half bad at lifting either, I don't see how he's not a fitness influencer"

I've seen Bodhy talked about so much here and still don't truly know why he is disliked so much.

Doxxing ain't it, though. Bodhy brah don't be that guy.
