Then around 2 years ago the flood gates opened. I lost my youthful glow. I stated wrinkling, growing deep bags under my eyes, my receding hairline accelerated with additional thinning on top, now I’m picking out grey hairs from my beard srs.

On top of that my body feels weaker, more susceptible to injury, FAR less energetic.

It’s like I aged a decade in just the last couple years. I’m 28 years old and I see a 40 year old man in the mirror.

I’m sure much of it is due to stress but ho lee fook I want to go back.
Train Body & Mind Fatboy.

You operate in stress? ( can't be me. )

OP you have absolute power over how you decide to live forward.

Train Body : Mind + Re-Frame Reality (ie: "stress" = x) to Your Mental/Emotional Benefit.

(It all works, try it.)

I'm 37 and could easily pass for 27. Everyone is shocked when I tell them my age. Feels good having good hair genetics, face genetics, muscle building genetics, and big cawk genetics. I'm only 5'7 though...God said it wasn't fair for me to have it all

Btw, on the hair thing -- genetics are genetics, but do what you can.

I don't like minox, one of the sides is premature aging of your skin. Not sure if that's a good trade off or not, particularly as weak/soft as minox is. Fin is like playing Russian Roulette with your dick, most guys get on and see great results and no sides. Some can't get up while on the stuff and a small percentage will never get it up again even when they stop and even with viagra. I don't care how slim those odds are, I'd take being bald.

Viviscal is a decent supplement, mostly just a multivitamin. Biotin is important for hair and nails, and who fuking cares about nails, here I think two or three daily eggs have all the biotin you need. Eat eggs regardless, IMO.

Another reason to dump porn, had this discussion w/ a miscer a year or so back, but something about self-pleasuring, you lose essential minerals (zinc or magnesium) and it can actually impact hair loss, being with a woman (in her vag you rear entry guys), somehow that isn't a problem. Just like eating eggs regardless, same thing here. Stop porn, find a woman.

That can't be normal

A study has found that people age in two dramatic bursts, around the ages of 44 and 60. Scientists have found that human beings age at a molecular level in two accelerated bursts – first at the age of 44, and then again at 60

I'm not even trolling but there might be something wrong with you, OP. I aged extremely rapidly from about 20-21 due to a bit of a delayed puberty and extreme stress, but 2 or 3 years of aging shouldn't really be making a drastic impact on your appearance if you're healthy at this age. People thought I was in my late 20s from my early 20s on, but now people think I look younger than I am. I don't really look different. Bring your stress levels down, OP.

TRT won't reduce aging, although more test will probably make a guy feel younger.

I've been on TRT years back, I found addressing lifestyle made a bigger difference. While it's surely better now with the slow-release things they inject inside you, I was doing shots, which was Up and Down, Up and Down, with your moods and energy, depending on how close to a shot you were any given day. It also probably wasn't helping natural test production (even if it wasn't massive doses, any outside source of it was probably signalling my body to slow down it's own production).

I found all the things that were probably causing my test to be a little low -- also things just contributing to poor health in general. Get more sleep, relax and mitigate stress, lose excess weight, eat better (more protein but also healthy fats, plenty of eggs), make sure to hit the gym, DHEA and other supplements, all pretty helpful and current test levels are solid.
