Might be getting a double jaw surgery soon

As the misc knows I got a Sliding genioplasty Done last year. This really moves your chin forward. It helped me a lot. I no longer have a double chin and have maybe an average side profile. I could still use some jaw correction and braces only hide the bite issue.

Also, my ex used to sleep over a lot. She told me sounds like I’m dying in my sleep. I know most days when I wake up I feel tired as chit. I have sleep apnea, its only going to fuk with my health, especially as i get older. DJS would cure my apnea.

The jaw surgeon already approved me for the procedure since I would benefit greatly from it.

On the other hand, This would turn me from a high normie To a baby chad. It would also allow me to get rid of my beard and look great. After my sliding genioplasty I still kept the beard for extra lower face projection (as my side profile went from being a goblin to hardly average). Also post sliding genio I can keep my beard shorter and not look look like I m hiding a double chin. Before when my beard was short the double chin was obvious. Now the double chin is gone. I m thankful that I got the sliding genioplasty though because I look better and multiple women have Chin checked by Rubbing their hands Under my beard to feel for my jaw and chin and passed their test. Women are well aware that guys with beards might be hiding something.

What does the misc think about this ??? Should I proceed??

i think it's very feminine to butcher your face with surgeries outside of some great medical need just in an attempt to appease your vanity

Based on the pics you’ve posted on other threads, you definitely don’t need it from the perspective of facial aesthetics m8. Seems overkill imo since you’ve already had a surgery there

If i'm not mistaken this will prevent TMJ and jaw socket issues many years down the road

Also it’ll cure my sleep apnea that has done nothing good for my life. I sound like I m dying when I breathe in my sleep.my brain is hypoxic every fukin night. Probably the reason I was a depressed incel half my life

before i get the djs i ll shave my beard off and take before and after pics. probably not happening for months. Need to jump through all kinds of hoops to get this done.

The DJS will give me a confidence boost, but what about the mental clarity from not being strangled in my sleep every night? Maybe i ll have more energy every day and blossom

it ll give me a confidence boost in ways, the sliding genio sure as fuk did. Believe me i dont regret the procedure for a minute. Was tired of being 10% bodyfat and still having a double chin. my double chin is 100% gone now. that in itself was enough, nvm the added projection on the lower half of face. Even though I have a beard, you can at least see i have something supporting the hair on my chin now. And two of the three last sloots I banged spent time rubbing there hands through my beard feeling for my neck, jaw line, chin, etc. They want to make sure they arent banging a beard fish goblin. No joke. I at least pass the test now. Before I got the surgury done, I had an X chin check me and I literally saw the panic in her eyes when she discovered I was chinless 8 months into the relationship. Our relationship fell to chit soon after that lmao. I'm sure me being a beard fisher didnt help.

What has been making me happier lately is jogging, gym, reading, mediations, and music with + vibes. having an above average jaw line will give me a confidence boost/+mental health and increased rejuvenation from sleep. My last x slept over all the time and constantly told me it sounds like i m being strangled in my sleep. Not good.

I don't have great pictures. But i think the advacement forward was 9mm, and downward 4mm. This actually pulls the muscles and tendons forward too, which is awesome and will elimante double chin for most if you are lean.

It gave me more chin projection and a slightly longer face. No regrets. My side profile, chin area went from sub human to the bottom end of average. So if I did have to shave my beard, i wouldn't look like a goonie. Worth it, especially if DJS isn't the option and you need lower projection and dont want plastic/silicone if your face. Sliding Genio is bone to bone.
