He should have pulled out (pun intended) a long time ago. I do and understand where you're coming from . Its easy to give slant and spin a story HIGHLY to one side. Which IT COULD be possible. However he'd have to leave out A LOT of details. ESP. from Dave.

Its POSSIBLE....anythings possible. He can ask to see the story before its published, he can say it doesnt get published without his consent. I dont know the laws of UK ... Dave could also easily have a blog or a web-page that would have ALL the pics and even parts of the video EDITED.

Either way - yes its possible....not sure how far one sided the sun wants to go though?
