listen, I was only on Reddit because another Miscer told me to check out this sub.

but this is the most self aware thing I've heard a liberal say in a long time:

"I feel like this is an unpopular opinion amongst a lot of liberal leaning people (not in this sub). Every time I see something in regards to what's happening, I see someone comment something along the lines of "where are the 2A folks now 🤡?" and it bothers me to no end.

Yes, there are people out there that say that they need guns to defend against tyranny. Do you not understand that they do not think that this is tyranny? I'm not asking for an opinion like "oh, well they should". I'm saying that there is a large amount of people that are defenders of the 2A that do not see or refuse to believe that what we are currently going through is tyranny.

However, on the flip side of the coin, you do think it's tyranny, so why are you not armed to defend your rights? I'm so sick of people from the sidelines telling other people that they need to do something. You can't sit in your chair and ask where the 2A people are to defend your rights while actively giving away your own rights to bear arms against tyranny. If you think it would make a difference, then go and flex your right to bear arms instead of waiting for the 2A folks to come and defend you.

Personally, I do think it will make a difference. At some point, something has to give.

Stop waiting for the national guard or the police to step up and do their jobs. Because from what we've all witnessed, their jobs are not to protect us. The only people that are going to protect us are the people around us and ourselves."

A good friend of mine has a far left wife . She was born in the UK and I was mentioning how bad things were getting there lately. She says where are you getting your information, I’m like well X and YT . She’s rolls her eyes and says you’ve gotta stay off the internet lol , none of that chit is happening , and most of it’s AI .
A week later I met this preacher who I had met b4 and he goes on missions around the world . He said he was just there and it’s bad lol .
There’s no way you could convince her otherwise though , well unless she actually goes there in person , but then she’d still be in denial regardless lol.
So no , libs can’t seem to get the gist of wtf is going on irl no matter what . She’s even got her husband brainwashed
