OB v1.3.0: Embeds should now be automatic and four new forums

Hi guys

Short update just to get some info out.

I will be unsticking the Embed Guide soon. The reason is that v1.3.0.1 introduces a much easier way to embed external media such as images, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, Vocaroo, and more.

You should now be able to embed content by simply pasting the URL—no BBCode is required


(but still available, if the automation does not work).

I have also opened four new forums: Workout Programs, Exercises, Nutrition, and Losing Fat. These forums are not for miscellaneous posting; threads should be relevant to their respective topics. I expect everyone to respect this.
