I noticed something at the end recently I didn't catch the first time around. After he kills Carson and the blood is moving on the floor, he makes it a point to lift up his feet so none of it gets on his boots. In the end you're not sure if he killed the sloot or not but when he comes out, he specifically checks his boots again for blood. Subtle way of saying she was smoked.

Got it on 4K Blu Ray and looking forward to watching it again. Great movie. Might be in my top 10 all time. It's up there.
