Ops right guide I have totally renovated my girlfriend’s house cuz I’m such a good man. Shes had a tough go of it as a single mother to 3 different kids all from different fathers it’s the least I could do. I’ve easily added 70k value to her house she won in court off of her abusive ex husband. Any day now she’s gonna finally have sex with me and invite me to move in I just know it!

its true but also more than that like if you add value by making 130k instead of 100k that's nice and all but if you make 100k and can fix shit they want that over 130k and video games. even if the extra 30k might be worth more in reality.

Good plan, I'll make sure I use my air tools for maximum auditory impact and then test the engine for a few hours with the exhaust disconnected at the downpipe to make sure everything's good.
